Welcome to KhelUp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KhelUp website, mobile application, and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3Booking & Payments
KhelUp facilitates bookings between users and sports venues. When you book a venue through our Service, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including venue fee and any applicable service fees or taxes.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
A small platform fee may be applied to bookings to support KhelUp operations and customer support.
Currency
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed include GST unless otherwise stated.
4Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both players and venue partners.
Full Refund
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund (50%)
Cancellations made between 6 to 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund.
Note: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
5Venue Partner Terms
Venue partners listing on KhelUp agree to maintain high standards of service and facility quality.
- Partners must keep availability calendars up-to-date to prevent double bookings.
- Facilities must match descriptions and photos provided on listings.
- KhelUp reserves the right to remove listings with repeated negative feedback or safety violations.
- Partners are responsible for their own liability insurance and local legal compliance.
6Liability & Disclaimers
KhelUp acts solely as a booking platform. We are not responsible for venue condition, conduct of users, or injuries sustained during sports activities.
You engage in sports activities at your own risk. KhelUp disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
